From MLM to
Network Marketing Multi
level marketing is one effective way to make sales for a company,
because every person involved makes at least one purchase of the
company's products and tries to sell them at the same time. And
because there should be a motive for everything to be done, the motive
to buy one of these products is usually the same with buying any other
product (for some people the price, for others the quality and for
others something else) plus the option to make sales (if you want to)
and make some money for yourself. On the other hand the
motive to sell is the commission of the particular sale and the motive
of enrollment of a new client/salesman is the commission from his/her
sales. The idea of taking money back for something that you buy is
good feeling for most of the people. A very common phrase used by
many marketers is: "buy this for $20 and if you persuade 4 more
people to buy it you'll have your money back".
Marketing
with this high competition in the market, was never easy. Some
marketers enjoy it and some others may suffer from it, but it is not
easy. For a marketer, in order to sell he should always:
-
Be
in a good mood, friendly, with a smile on his face.
-
Be
good-looking, preferably well dressed,
-
Be
prepared to face the negative attitude of people who generally feel
that when somebody is informing them about something he tries to
steal their money. Well you cannot know if someone has this
negative thinking attitude unless you deal with him.
-
Try
to meet as many people as possible in order to strengthen his
possibilities of sales. This means transportation and time
schedules that are not 100% controllable.
The
result of all these is a repetitive task performed under time pressure
and some times psychological pressure. This situation has been going on
for years, until the day that internet got into our lives and changed
the way we communicate. The two of the bigger inventions of
the internet can do most of the job for us, the website and e-mail.
The
traditional marketer in order to pass all the necessary information to
his future customer, he had to meet him which could take at least 2
hours of his time, or call him on the phone which is more or less the
same time consuming and also costs the phone call, or write him a letter
which is more time consuming. And this should happen for
each prospective customer. How many people could someone meet for
2 hours within a day and how many phone calls he can make? How
long can the distance that someone could transport for this reason?
How many times you have to call someone in order to find the moment
where both of you will have time and be in the mood of talking about
multi level marketing? I'm sure that we all know the answer.
The
internet marketer takes his time gathering all the information he needs
to pass to his prospects, organizing them and presenting them in a
website. All his prospective customers will browse his website and
be informed whenever they like. Also there is no limit on how many
customers will browse his website. When he wants to notify someone
he will send an e-mail and not try to call him. It is cheaper and
quicker. Hence the internet marketer or network marketer is
able to present his product or service to many more people without
annoying anybody. People who are really interested, will browse
the website and the communication between the marketer and the customer
will be done using e-mail.
This
is the motive for the use of internet for the needs of marketing.
The most difficult, time consuming and expensive task of any marketer,
is done through a well prepared website. Hence there is no
transportation, no phone calls, no repetitive presentations no dress
code.
Network
marketing with SFI is even easier. Each new affiliate
(marketer) is given his website ready to operate. He is also
provided with all the available internet addresses where he can find any
piece of information regarding the way of operation of this system.
He is sent e-mails with everything that happens in relation to his work
and operation of his website.
Allow
me to conclude that the use of internet transformed a difficult and
demanding job, into one of the easiest available! |
